Just got a note from Furl urging me to check out their new Terms of Service. They are but the conduit, I see, and if I Furl copyrighted material, it’s my fault.
That didn’t work real well for Napster, though, did it. And I suspect that Furl contains just as many copyrighted webpages. Luckily, though, web publishers don’t have an RIAA to lead a consolidated attack.
