The cost of editing

It seems to me that most of these law students will have plenty of opportunities to have their resumes overlooked by actual employers, but I guess it never hurts to get a good start on things.

    The Career Office at UB will do the same thing. J brought his their for review and they were quite helpful.

    I did not mean to type such a gross and glaring usage error as writing “their” when I meant “there.” I must have had a series of blonde moments while reading your post, since only now do I see that the sign said “overlooked” instead of “reviewed” or “looked at.”
    I have no faith in the career center helping J to find an internship, but I think they’re helpful with resume and cover letter review.

    No worries. My Mom frequently is my editor on the blog, and it makes me worry about the things that get by in my non-blogged writings.
