I recently blogged about this when I read that they are now offering free wireless access at their LA and NYC terminals. It's just amazing how they can keep improving the customer's experience and still manage to make money. Now if only they went to Chicago too... The wireless hotspots were what sent me on that update in the first place--I can't believe I forgot to mention them. The update part was written at JFK, on the way back, where I didn't have to pay $7 for access. I wonder if they will eventually do that in Buffalo as well, or if the airport won't let them... Hah!
