		<description>Yeah I feel the same way about this little engine that could. I recently blogged about this when I read that they are now offering free wireless access at their LA and NYC terminals. It&#039;s just amazing how they can keep improving the customer&#039;s experience and still manage to make money. Now if only they went to Chicago too...</description>

		<description>Hah! The wireless hotspots were what sent me on that update in the first place--I can&#039;t believe I forgot to mention them. The update part was written at JFK, on the way back, where I didn&#039;t have to pay $7 for access. I wonder if they will eventually do that in Buffalo as well, or if the airport won&#039;t let them...</description>
