So, I got a call from the Greens asking me to sign an election petition. And I probably will. But, wait, what if I’m a Libertarian? I’m right on the border…

Interesting coincidence. I’ve taken half a dozen or so of these type of online quizzes. One good one is http://www.politicalcompass.org/ and there are a few interesting ones on http://www.selectsmart.com (just scroll down to Politics Selectors). I am invariably a “Left-Liberal.”
That’s mostly where I land, though as the first site indicates, the anarchists tend to wrap around a bit, depending on whether you fall more into the syndicalists or the libertarian. I think I am a “moderate” anarchist. There is a lot about the Green platform that bothers me, at least at the national level. I guess my ideal would be electing Greens locally, and libertarians at the federal level.
