After midnght
December 20th, 1997It’s almost half past midnight, so technically it is Friday, I guess. I have to be up at six to go to work, which pretty much sucks. What’s even suckier is that I still have to finish the 598 summary so that I can drop it off before work tomorrow. And I have already written quite a bit today. Overall, this quarter did not go very well. I simply took on too much. I expect this to be my worst quarter so far, in terms of grades.
Need to put together apps for next year, and make certain the recommendation letters are all lined up.
I got a touchpad for the laptop. I bought it at an online auction for $13. I’m going to try loading Windows 95 and see how well it can handle it. I checked Microsoft’s website today and the laptop meets the minimum requirements, but only barely. I worry that it may be way too slow on this little guy. If it works, I will look into getting a battery and fixing the power button.
